Shipping and returns

HOW TO RETURN / EXCHANGE

The customer has the right to return new unworn or unused goods within 14 days.

Goods should be returned in their original packaging where relevant. They are to be unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return.

The 14-days-period shall begin to run after receipt of this instruction (e.g. via e-mail), but in any event no earlier than the goods have been received by the customer. In order to comply with the 14-days-period, it shall be sufficient for the products in question to have been dispatched as new and unused within this period. We will only refund to the credit card that was used to place the order - this is to prevent fraud!

There is no guaranteed on gold plated jewellery.
The jewellery is gold plated with 22 carat. It is therefore important to avoid contact with water, perfume, creams, hairspray etc. on the jewellery.
Gold plating does not last forever and is therefore not eligible for warranty.

Please use this Return and Refund and send along with returned goods.

  • Contact Katrine Nexø Jewellery before returning the actual product, info@katrinenexoe.com

  • Return the Jewellery within 14 days from the date the Jewellery is received.

  • The Jewellery and packaging must be in same condition as received.

  • Mark the package "Returns"

  • Should the jewellery be exchanged for another size, style or surface treatment, contact Katrine Nexø Jewellery - info@katrinenexoe.com

Katrine Nexø Jewellery does not cover shipping costs incurred in returning the product(s). The jewellery can only be returned in case they are still in their original hygiene slips and/or packages.

EXCHANGE

Katrine Nexø offer one free exchange if you have bought something and want another size or product/style (the customer pays for the shipping to our office and we pay for the shipping back to the customer again).
