TERMS & CONDITIONS

At KATRINE NEXØ JEWELLERY all jewellery is handcrafted in precious metal focusing on quality and craftsmanship. Because all pieces are handcrafted they might vary a bit in looks.

When you place an order on our webshop, you accept our terms & conditions.

 

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in Danish kroner (DKK) and Euro (EUR) including 25% VAT. We reserve the right to change the prices at the webshop at any time, however the price at the time of order is valid as stated on the order confirmation.

The total amount of your purchase is reserved in your account when you place the order, and charged when your order has been shipped.

  

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders are processed and shipped from our studio in Frederiksberg. We strive to ensure a quick shipment, normally within 2-14 business days. Please note that longer delivery might occur since all pieces are handcrafted and produced once we receive your order. This is to avoid off-the-shelf items.

Purchases in DK are shipped within 10 days from receiving your order.

Purchases in EU are shipped within 14 days from receiving your order.

Purchases outside EU are shipped within 14 days from receiving your order.


All of our products are shipped with insurance and we use GLS or Post Nord unless other arrangements have been made.

Once your order has been shipped and registered by our couriers you will receive an email. Orders delivered in DK will be delivered at a GLS or Post Nord package drop-off near you.


Shipping costs:

Denmark: 50 DKK

Norway: 200 DKK

Europe: 250 DKK

Outside Europe: 250 DKK
 


RETURN AND REFUNDS

If you would like to return any of the items purchased, we offer a 14-day return policy, valid from the day you receive your order. 

- Please complete the included return form or download it here and enclose it with your return shipment (returns without a return form or one that is incomplete will not be accepted)All items returned must be unworn, unused, and be in the same condition as when received and with original packaging. 

Please note that the condition of the returned goods is your responsibility – we highly recommend you use couriers with a tracking service or insured shipping. The return costs are not refundable.

      Once we receive your return and the above conditions have been met, it will be processed. You will receive an email, and we will refund your money by way of your original payment method.
      Your refund will be issued for the total purchase price, excluding shipping.

      If you wish to exchange your product we kindly ask you to pay the return costs, we will then take care of the shipping costs once we reship your exchanged product.

      CLAIMS

      In the event of defects or deficiencies in a purchased item or delivery, please contact Katrine Nexø Jewellery before returning the item.

      In complaints, we can refer to:

      All items bought from our webshop have a 2 year manufacturing warranty.The warranty cannot be used if the item has been used incorrectly and in case of wear and tear.
      Gold and rhodium plating are not guaranteed.

       

      PRIVACY POLICY & PERSONAL DATA

      We collect the necessary information about you to complete your order. With your subscription we use your information to send you our newsletter from Katrine Nexø Jewellery.

      Katrine Nexø Jewellery handles all your personal information according to the Danish law of personal data. We do not keep your personal information nor do we send the information to third parties.

      While processing your order we keep your information securely stored and only available to the persons who are executing the order and sending out our newsletters.

      Katrine Nexø Jewellery does not have access to your credit card details.
